What typical hiring looks at
- Years in a named tool, a keyword CV, a polite interview with IT.
- People a large firm already passed over.
- Someone who wants a chatbot on the front desk.
- A demo of “we did AI” that never asks who owns the work.
For clients
You pick from our portfolio. They support you on-site, on your payroll, with SpaceXAI on your computers. We set everything up, make sure they report to your managers — not to us — and stay available remotely when you need it.
Before they start, we put SpaceXAI on your computers, under your name, aimed at the work you actually do. Once they are your employee, we meet with the engineer and their manager so the reporting line is yours. Day to day they work for you. When the technology needs us, you call Tbilisi.
You employ them — payroll, labour law, tax, and safety on your floor. We send a hire file we produced and dated, not a CV pulled off the internet.
Your own onboarding still applies: badges, your NDA, your data protection officer. We are not a detective agency. We do not attest medical licenses. We do not claim the model stays in the building unless that is written for the work.
They answer in writing. They interview in Georgian, with a role-play. They do a paid practical on a fake firm. Then they present to our lead developer, who stays quiet on purpose. We can teach SpaceXAI. We cannot teach judgment. The gates for applicants are on Operators.
