For operators
You work on-site. The client employs you.
You are a forward-deployed engineer on their payroll, with SpaceXAI on
their computers and under their name.
They employ you from day one. Tbilisi Software is never
your employer. We set the technology up and stay available remotely when
they need us.
The job
In a given week you will talk to a director and to someone who does the
work. You pick one piece of work that can move — a
claims note, a discharge draft, a credit memo — and you refuse the rest
for now: a website chatbot, replacing their core system, training the
front desk first. You tell the data protection officer where the text
actually goes. The model drafts. A person still signs.
You will not “install AI” and leave on day one. They write the labour
contract and payroll. We make sure you report to their managers. Then we
support the technology remotely when they ask.
This is you
You already start with the people who own the work — not with whoever
asked for a chatbot.
You tell the data protection officer the truth when text might leave
Georgia, even if a prettier answer would close the meeting.
You have taken people through a change they did not ask for. You can
name who resisted it, what stopped, and what lasted.
You can run a room when nobody steps in to fill the silence.
This is not you
You want a remote coding job, a certificate, or a quiz on APIs. That
is a fine career. It is not this job.
You would open a demo to get in the door, or train the front desk
first because they asked nicely.
You think the hard part is the software. We can help with SpaceXAI
for one half-day. We cannot teach judgment.
Four gates
Fail any one and we stop, politely. There is no course and no badge. We
are watching whether you can lead a change.
-
1
Write — this week, from wherever you are
Three short answers, below. We read for judgment. A polished résumé
with empty answers does not move.
-
2
Sit with Maka — about 40 minutes, in Georgian
A conversation, then a short role-play: someone in the building wants
a chatbot, not a change in how the work is done. We watch where you
take it — to the people who can decide, sideways, or into a demo.
-
3
Paid half-day practical
A fake firm, an org chart, a messy current process. You choose who
must be in the first room, which one job you would run, and you write
an honest note of where the text goes. Then a small working draft
with SpaceXAI — we will help with the tools if your judgment is
already good. A stipend, so this is not free labour.
-
4
Sit with Jeremy — about 45 minutes
You present as if he is the client’s decision-maker. He will not jump
in to fill the silence. Then he will ask what you would do when
someone wants to paste real files in week one.
If you pass, we do not name you to a client until a short hire file is
complete. When they hire, they are the employer. We never are.
If you pass, we build a hire file
Their security office will want a hire file. You help us build it after
you pass. We do not surprise you the week you start.
- A two-page brief we write — why you for this job.
- Your CV in Georgian and/or English — written for this work.
-
Two professional references we actually call — people who saw
you change how work got done, not a letter you wrote.
-
Identity, and a fresh official non-conviction extract you obtain from
Public Service Hall. We hold it so their security office can see it.
-
A dated note from us on what we saw you do with SpaceXAI. It expires in
six months.
How clients see that file:
How we select.
How the work is done
Read this before you apply. If it feels inconvenient, skip the email.
Name the cloud
If any work still goes out to a cloud model from the building, the
data protection officer hears that on day one. We do not hide the
path to look clever.
No real files in a demo
Customer, claims, or patient text does not go into a consumer chat
window, and it does not go into a demo to impress IT.
Change starts with people who can decide
Training the front desk is last, not first. If the director is not
in the room, you do not start with the front desk.
A person still signs
The model drafts. If the client wants a bot that “just sends,” we are
the wrong team — and this is the wrong job for you.
Apply
Email is enough. No portal. Answer all three in your own words — a page
total is plenty. Georgian or English.
-
A 300-person clinic asks for “AI.” Reception wants ChatGPT on the
front desk. The medical director is not in the meeting. What do you
do in the first two weeks — and what do you refuse to start without?
-
A data protection officer asks: does any of this patient or claims
text leave Georgia? Write the honest answer, including what you would
still need to verify.
-
Describe a time you changed how a group of people actually worked
(not a refactor nobody used). Who resisted it, what stopped, what
lasted?
How we reach you in Tbilisi — phone, or a place we can meet. Not
optional. We cannot run the gates if we cannot reach you.
Optional: a link to something you shipped.
Email the three answers
Use subject line Operator application so it does not
land in the client pile. We reply as humans. The client sets pay. Tell
us what you need; we take that to them and negotiate on your behalf. We
do not publish a number here.
